You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Scan packs are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. They are non-refundable. Unused scan pack credits never expire.
If a scan fails to return results due to a system error, your scan credit is automatically returned. You do not need to contact us for this.
