PickOrDip provides estimated market values for items based on publicly available sales data and image recognition. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual sale prices may vary based on condition, timing, location, and buyer demand.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person. Do not share your login credentials with others.
Use PickOrDip for its intended purpose: getting item valuations. Do not use the service to spam, abuse the system, or attempt to manipulate results. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Each plan includes a set number of scans per month. Unused scans do not roll over. Scan pack credits do not expire. If a scan fails to return results due to a system error, the scan credit is automatically returned.
We may adjust pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days notice before any price change applies to their plan.
PickOrDip provides estimates based on available data. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not responsible for purchasing or selling decisions made based on our valuations. Always do your own research for high-value transactions.
You own your photos. We own the PickOrDip service, brand, and software. By uploading photos, you grant us the right to process them for the purpose of providing valuations.
PickOrDip is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our service or reliance on our valuations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel your account at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
